Community Guidelines
duvvi is a place to meet people, flirt without pressure and trade safely. These guidelines apply everywhere on duvvi โ profiles, photos, chats, listings and reviews. Breaking them can lead to content removal, restrictions or a permanent ban.
Be real
- Use your own recent photos and your real age. One personal account per person.
- Don't impersonate anyone, catfish or create fake profiles.
- Be honest about what you're looking for โ use the right intent ("Let's meet", "Friendship", "Marketplace"). duvvi is for friendship and real relationships โ sexual propositions, sugar dating and paid companionship are not allowed.
Be respectful
- No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation or any other characteristic.
- "No" means no. Don't keep messaging someone who isn't interested, and don't send unsolicited sexual content.
- Respect people's privacy โ never share someone's personal information or private photos without consent.
Keep it safe and legal
- 18+ only. Any content involving minors is strictly forbidden and reported to the authorities.
- No nudity or sexual acts in profile photos, chat images or listing photos. Listing photos must show the item only โ no people wearing intimate items.
- No prostitution, escort services, sexual services for money or human trafficking.
- No scams, requests for money, investment schemes or links to suspicious sites.
- No violence, self-harm promotion, weapons, drugs or other illegal activity.
Marketplace rules
- Only sell items you own and describe them honestly, including their condition.
- Underwear and other intimate items may only be listed new with tags or in original packaging, by verified businesses. Worn or used intimate items are not allowed.
- Always pay and get paid through duvvi. Moving payments outside the app removes your buyer or seller protection and is not allowed.
- No counterfeit goods or items that infringe trademarks.
Reporting
If you see something that breaks these rules, use Report on the profile, message or listing. Reports are anonymous and reviewed by our moderation team. In an emergency, contact local emergency services (112 in the EU).
Enforcement
We review reports and use automated tools to detect violations. Depending on severity we may warn you, remove content, limit visibility, suspend or ban your account. You can appeal a decision by replying to our notice or contacting [email protected].
