Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the duvvi mobile applications, website and web app (together, the "Service"), operated by duvvi sp. z o.o. ("duvvi", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any part of the Service. We verify ages and remove accounts that appear to belong to minors.
  • You may not use the Service if you have been convicted of a sexual offence, if you were previously banned from duvvi, or if using the Service would violate applicable law.
  • duvvi is for adults only. We may ask you to confirm your age with a face age check or a manual review. Selling on the marketplace requires seller identity verification for payouts.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information, use your own photos and keep only one personal account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Community Guidelines

Your use of the Service must follow our Community Guidelines. In particular, you must not:

  • post nudity or sexually explicit content in profile photos, chat images or listing photos;
  • harass, threaten, intimidate or discriminate against anyone;
  • impersonate others, create fake profiles or use the Service for scams, prostitution, escort services or trafficking;
  • ask for or send money to people you have not met, or move marketplace payments outside duvvi;
  • use bots, scrapers or any automated means to access the Service.

4. Matching, chat and safety

duvvi helps you meet people but does not conduct criminal background checks and is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the Service. Always follow our safety tips, meet in public places and use the block and report tools whenever something feels wrong.

5. Marketplace

The duvvi marketplace allows adults to buy and sell clothing, shoes, accessories and other permitted items. New intimate apparel may only be sold, new with tags, by verified businesses. Worn or used underwear and other intimate items may not be sold.

  • Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, lawful items, honest descriptions and shipping within the stated time. Listing photos must show items only.
  • Buyers pay through duvvi. Payments are held in escrow by our payment provider (Stripe) until the buyer confirms delivery or the order is completed automatically after the delivery window.
  • duvvi charges sellers a platform commission (currently 10% unless stated otherwise at checkout). Fees are shown before you publish or pay.
  • Disputes must be opened before the order is completed. We may refund the buyer, release funds to the seller or split the amount based on the evidence.
  • Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, items that infringe intellectual property, weapons, drugs, and any item or content depicting minors.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

Premium plans (duvvi Plus, Gold and Platinum), consumables (Super Likes, Boosts) and coins are paid digital services.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. On the web you can manage billing in Settings → Subscription; in the apps through the App Store or Google Play.
  • By purchasing digital content that is delivered immediately you agree that it starts at once and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by law.
  • Coins and consumables have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged outside duvvi.

7. Content and licence

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant duvvi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt and distribute your content solely to operate, improve and promote the Service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.

8. Moderation and termination

We may review, restrict or remove content and suspend, shadow-restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law, in line with the EU Digital Services Act. You may delete your account at any time in Settings; it is removed permanently after a 30-day grace period.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, duvvi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes in the app or by email. These Terms are governed by Polish law; consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
